STARTING FEE:

Categories U7, U9, U11, U13, U15 and U17: no starting fee.
Other categories: €16.20.

- Athletes without a license have to pay one-day insurance for a race. Price is €22.00.

- Starting fee for registration after June 11^th 2014 is €5 more than in pre-registration.

Riders have to attend award giving ceremony in race attire.

· Late entry fee: additional 5€.

· Club/team representative takes the bib numbers and pays entry fees for all the riders of the team.

· Registration office is located near start – finish area.

· Riders under 18 years of age have to sign a statment of accompanied person (responsability statment).

· UCI and NF 2014 rules apply.

· Riding on the course during the races is strictly forbiden and will be sanctioned by commissaires.

· Apeals are possible till 10 minutes after the race results are published on the official board (locatedate the start-finish area). Apeal fee is 20€ and is returned if apeal is positively resolved by the commissaire panel.

· Ambulance/medical service will be present in three locations around the course (ambulance car will be located near start-finish area.

· Changes to this race info are possible. They will be published in due time on our website: http://calcit-bike.com

· Organizer takes no responsability to any damage or injury of the riders caused to him/herself or any third person.

· Medal ceremony is obligated for top five riders except in money award categories (Elite men, Elite women, junior categories as per UCI rules). It is obligated to wear cycling team wear on the podium.

· Bike wash will be provided for the riders.

· Race office is located at the start-finish area and will be sign posted.

RACE COURSE DESCRIPTION: semitechnical and phisicaly demanding course for Elite categories (big lap). Difficult level for other categories is adjusted (small & medium lap). Exact number of laps will be communicated during the team manager meeting before the start – according to the course and weather conditions and above all UCI rules for different categories. No start loop in any of the categories.
